Your Heili Rocks jewelry is designed to be worn, loved and collected. Each piece brings together beautiful materials, distinctive gemstones and thoughtful craftsmanship. With a little care and attention, your jewelry can remain just as special as the day you received it.

EVERYDAY WEAR

Fine jewelry deserves a little consideration, even when it's part of your everyday rotation.

We recommend removing your pieces before exercising, swimming, showering, bathing or taking part in activities that could expose them to impact, friction or prolonged moisture.

Avoid direct contact with harsh chemicals, household cleaning products, chlorine, perfumes, hairsprays, lotions and other cosmetics, as these may affect gemstones, metals and finishes over time.

As a general rule, your jewelry should be the last thing you put on when getting dressed and the first thing you take off at the end of the day.

WATER & MOISTURE

While occasional contact with moisture may be unavoidable, we recommend keeping your Heili Rocks jewelry as dry as possible.

Do not submerge your pieces in water for extended periods, and avoid wearing them in swimming pools, hot tubs, showers or baths.

Some gemstones are more sensitive to moisture, heat and changes in temperature than others. Prolonged exposure can also affect enamel, cords, settings and other delicate components.

If your jewelry becomes wet, gently pat it dry with a soft, lint-free cloth.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELRY

A little gentle cleaning is usually all that's needed to keep your pieces looking their best.

For suitable pieces, use a small amount of mild dish soap diluted with water and a very soft brush to carefully remove any buildup.

Clean gently, using minimal moisture, and avoid scrubbing or applying excessive pressure, particularly around gemstone settings and delicate details.

Do not hold your jewelry under running water or leave it soaking. Instead, carefully remove any soap residue with a lightly dampened, soft cloth, then dry thoroughly.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, steam cleaners, abrasive cloths, polishing compounds and harsh jewelry-cleaning solutions unless their suitability for your specific piece has been confirmed.

Because gemstones vary in their properties and care requirements, please contact us before wet-cleaning pieces containing delicate or porous stones, pearls, or other sensitive materials.

STORING YOUR PIECES

When your jewelry isn't being worn, we recommend storing it in the protective pouch or packaging it arrived in.

Keep pieces separate wherever possible to prevent scratching, tangling or contact between gemstones and metal surfaces.

Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat and humidity. Extended exposure to sunlight can affect the colour of certain gemstones and materials.

For pendants and necklaces, gently secure clasps and arrange chains or cords before storing to help prevent knots and unnecessary wear.

A NOTE ON GEMSTONES

Natural gemstones are wonderfully individual. Variations in colour, pattern, inclusions and transparency are part of their character, and often what makes a piece truly one of a kind.

Different gemstones also have different levels of hardness, durability and sensitivity. Even precious stones can chip, scratch or become damaged if knocked against hard surfaces.

We recommend treating each piece with care and checking settings, clasps and other components periodically for signs of wear.

If you notice a loose stone, damaged setting or anything unusual, discontinue wearing the piece until it can be assessed.
