📦 Service Update – Canada Post Disruptions (2026)

Due to ongoing Canada Post service disruptions, we've implemented alternative shipping solutions to help ensure uninterrupted service.

Toronto & GTA
Orders within Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area will be delivered via Trexity Courier, with same-day or next-day delivery available depending on the time your order is placed.

Canada-Wide & International (including the U.S.)
Orders outside the GTA will be shipped via UPS or DHL to ensure reliable delivery across Canada and internationally.

SHIPPING

Customers may choose between Canada Post, UPS, or DHL at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address, shipping method, and order details are correct before completing your purchase.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided in real time through Shopify's integrated carrier services and are determined by Canada Post, UPS, and DHL.

Tracking and signature confirmation are available on eligible shipments for an additional charge. If your order is time-sensitive, we strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option.

Estimated transit times begin once your parcel has been accepted by the shipping carrier. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of that carrier. While we're always happy to help wherever we can, Heili Rocks cannot guarantee delivery dates or be held responsible for carrier delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. If your shipment is lost, damaged, or misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.

DUTIES & TAXES

All orders ship from Toronto, Canada.

Some international shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Where duties and taxes are collected at checkout, no additional payment will be required upon delivery.

If duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer and may be due upon delivery.

Packages refused due to unpaid duties, taxes, or import fees may be subject to return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from any applicable store credit.

If you have any questions regarding potential import charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

WHOLESALE / STOCKIST ORDERS

Wholesale and stockist orders shipped from Canada into the United States are subject to applicable U.S. duties and taxes.

Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered at Place) unless otherwise requested, meaning duties and taxes are payable by the receiver.

Should you prefer to ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), we're happy to accommodate. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly to reflect prepaid duties and taxes.
