Refund policy

There are no refunds on any purchases.

Jewelry that is unworn is eligible to be returned for credit or exchange only within 14 days of receipt. 

Exchanged items are the responsibility of the customer. All shipping charges—including mandatory tracking and insurance fees—are the customer’s obligation.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We’re always happy to assist with repairs. Pieces that arrive with a defect or damage are, of course, covered by us.

Repairs resulting from wear while being worn—such as breakage, stretching, or general wear and tear—are not covered, but we’re happy to help facilitate a repair at cost.
